Christian has worked in the football event industry for over 30 years. His commitment to offering a unique and personal customer service, combined with his interest in football, led him to set up the business in 1996. His attention to detail and “can do” attitude is shared with his team and suppliers to ensure that the highest standards are delivered to ESEM’s clients.
Having been brought up in her family’s pub, the importance of good customer service has been with Melanie from a very early age. After studying Hotel Management she pursued a successful career working in hotels and then transferred her skills to the agency side of events when she joined Christian’s team in 2001. Since then she has been involved in many high profile games and events using her organisational skills to ensure that every final detail is carried out to the highest standard.
Following 7 years working for a top English Premier League Club, Manchester based Rebecca has an operational club travel and coordination background. Previously working in events management for a large tourist attraction, from small group activities to major sponsored events. Flexible and adaptable to any situation and fantastic at thinking on her feet to ensure smooth operational success to all events.

We work with experienced Project Managers, multi-lingual guides, coach & chauffeur companies, along with their drivers.
