For VIPs and sponsors we offer tailor-made programmes. We source restaurants, from regional cuisine to exclusive venues. For example, for a true British football experience we can hire a traditional pub for a pre-match reception on the way to the stadium.

We provide journalists and television crews with the most suitable hotels. Because we are ESEM, we take your technical requirements into consideration, ensuring high speed Wi-Fi in the hotels for journalists and assisting with accreditation at the stadium.

And for supporters groups, we will sort out budget hotels, transportation and sightseeing tours.  For special charter flights on the day of the game, we will arrange buses to take your supporters to a central point in the city so they can soak up the atmosphere. Our staff hand out maps and provide local advice. Then we will arrange the bus to take them to the game later in the day, returning them to the airport after the match.
