We have worked with Champions League, Europa League and International teams right across Europe, which means we have key contacts at the best hotels and have developed an outstanding network of suppliers. We are your 'Fixer' ensuring that every detail is taken care of and every eventuality accounted for.

We meet with our suppliers in the lead up to the event to ensure that nothing is left to chance. We check that the hotel’s Head Chef understands your menu requirements, that the dining room is set out according to your needs and the waiting staff are well briefed. We ensure that the Reservations Manager allocates the bedrooms appropriately and that Reception are ready well in advance of your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. The massage and kit rooms will be ready, so that your staff can start to work immediately on arrival. And we make sure that the team meeting room is prepared with the technical equipment you have requested.

Everything will be prepared so that your arrival is as smooth as possible, allowing you to focus on the game ahead.

Our work does not stop once you have checked-in at the hotel. ESEM’s Project Manager is on hand throughout monitoring that all elements of your stay are carried out exactly as you wish and deal with last minute requests.

For example... Maybe you need towels and ice to take to the official training? We will take care of that that. Do you need us to arrange an additional training session on the day of the match? No problem. Packed lunches for the player's journey home? We will do that.

In the eventuality that a player needs a doping test after the match, we can arrange a car for him so he can join the team at the hotel or airport later. You can rely on us.
