We are delighted to welcome Fran Márquez to the ESEM team, who is joining us as Sales & Operations Manager.

Fran has become a familiar face over the last couple of years, managing European match projects and training camps for ESEM on a freelance basis. His professionalism, outstanding service mindedness and ability to manage complex projects independently and very successfully, made Fran the perfect candidate to become part of our team.

Fran was born in Barcelona and played Handball for 10 years in Spain, Germany and Norway. He earned his Sports degree, followed by a Tourism & Hospitality degree. Since 2007 he has been abroad, working on 5* Luxury Cruise Liners around the World. He is an expert in destinations, sales and customer service, who shares our passion for perfection and a job very well done.
