ESEM Europe

From Gibraltar to Glasgow – ESEM’s 2015/16 Season Review

All | 21/06/16

After the end of every season, we review the match projects and training camps we have handled throughout the year. We appreciate the things that went well, but most importantly, we analyse where we can improve our service even further. This process ensures, that our clients will get then very best service around the projects.

During the 2015/16 season we organised almost 40 projects, from Champions League and Europa League matches to Euro 2016 qualifiers, training camps and pre-season friendly games. We worked in 23 European cities, 10 different countries, with clubs and football federations from 11 nations.

Our training camps brought teams to the United Kingdom, Austria, Spain and Portugal.

Working closely with our partners at football clubs and their travel agencies, we took care of teams, official club delegations, sponsors, journalists and supporters. Not just arranging hotels, transportation, restaurants, sightseeing activities and managing all aspects of the stay from arrival to departure, but also using our imagination to create memorable experiences for sponsors and guests, from Highland Games in Scotland to an introduction to Gaelic Games in Dublin.

Our training camps formed a crucial part of a team’s preparation for the season. The detailed preparation of all requirements, 24 hour assistance from a dedicated ESEM Project manager, the organisation of friendly matches and always being one step ahead to give the team the perfect preparation, contributed to very successful training camps across Europe.
