Later this week, the group stages of the Champions League and Europa League will be drawn in Monaco. At ESEM we are finalising all aspects of our cooperation with European football clubs and their travel agents for the coming campaign. How do we prepare for a new European football season?
The week leading up to the start of the 2016/17 football season was a very exciting one at Stockport County Football Club. After a very good pre-season, the club’s Edgeley Park stadium had special visitors. Stockport based band Blossoms, who are named after a local pub and have a long association with the club, were in town for the highly anticipated launch of their first album, which was released on 5 August.
Our preparations for the forthcoming winter training camp season are in full progress, as we have been visiting our existing and brand new training facilities in Spain and Portugal. There is considerable investment in Spain to create even more outstanding training camp facilities within and close to excellent hotel complexes and we will be able to offer you some outstanding new facilities on top of the already established venues along the Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca and Murcia regions.
ESEM are delighted to continue and expand the partnership with our local football club Stockport County for the 2016/17 season. After supporting the National League North team as Away Travel sponsors last season, we will now be sponsoring the first team’s beautiful new home shirt by Spanish kit supplier Joma, which is displaying the ESEM logo on the front of the shirt.
We’re very proud to announce our lovely shiny new website is now live! We feel it really packs a real punch featuring our new updated branding with full screen bold graphics, as well as conveying our full service offering. It also looks fantastic across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
After the end of every season, we review the match projects and training camps we have handled throughout the year. We appreciate the things that went well, but most importantly, we analyse where we can improve our service even further. This process ensures, that our clients will get then very best service around the projects.
Summer time is not rest time at ESEM. The end of the European football season in May is the start of a very busy period for us and this summer wasn’t any different.
Another exciting season is coming to an end. This is a look back at ESEM’s European projects over the last ten months. The facts: ESEM organised and managed over 40 European match and training camp projects in 13 different countries and 21 cities, where we worked with 19 teams from 12 nations.
